It is that time of the year where we spend time with the people around us. For me it is my family, friends, and the fantastic Business Central community.
I spend the year sharing Business Central knowledge, tips and tricks, and exploring the latest features of each release, and it bring me joy to know that I have educated and helped many people. Here is what 2025 looked like.
I got to meet many people at Directions 2025, DUG New England, DUG Canada East, and Dynamics Con 2025. We talked about AI, Workflow, AL Development, and even the amazing community we are all a part of.
I had the Opportunity to participate in a few podcasts. I had a great time chatting with Christian Buckley on #MVPbuzzChat. I was also given the opportunity to chat with Brad and Kristoffer on Dynamics Corner
I also had the opportunity to chat with Kevin Brunton and Bobby Smalls on the DUG Diverse Minds podcast about diversity in the Dynamics space and women in Dynamics.
I did a great panel with Savannah Dill and David Laster on the Open Source Power BI Reports. It was so good that Kenny Pontoppidan from the Business Central team asked us to do a follow-up where he could answer some of the questions from the panel discussion.
Then there is Aardvark Labs the BLOG. I created this so that I could have a way to share with the BC Community that has helped me so much. I wanted a resource that could help new developers and provide latest updates for seasoned professionals as well. I had thought that for a niche blog only catering to Business Central AL Development, if I could achieve 500 page views a month it would be an absolute win. We hit over 2200 page views per month!

That growth is thanks to the feedback I get from the community. Your feedback, criticism, and suggestions help drive what we do here, and I thank you.
I have some amazing things planned for 2026.
- More Blog posts and expansion of the Lab Notes series.
- Video Series for introduction to BC AL Development.
- A Dynamics Con First Ever event that Bobby and I are working on. (No Spoilers yet!)
There are things I would like to do but haven’t found all the resources to make it happen. I would like to host a BC Development boot camp. I would like to see if I can publish some of this blog as a book.
I’m always open to hear from you about what you need and how I can help you be successful in Business Central Development. Subscribe, comment, let me hear from you.
Thank you for a great year, and I’m looking forward to an amazing 2026.
