It’s been over a week of traveling and spending time with my work community and then the Dynamics Community. Let me catch you up.

A black backpack and a gray suitcase positioned on a carpet, with name tags attached to the suitcase indicating a speaker at a conference.

At TMC Global, we have a yearly gathering of all employees for an event we call “Retreat.” It’s a time for leadership to share strategy, for education, and, most importantly, for fellowship. This year, we were in Nashville, TN.

We all work together; we all have good manners. We say please, we say thank you. It hits differently when we get together and I can look my coworkers in the eye and tell them how much I appreciate their hard work, how much they help me, and how much great it is to share my work hours with them.

The team puts an amazing amount of work into getting us all together and I appreciate it all. Hotels, transportation, food. Such amazing food.

Here is a thing I learned, we are all the same height on web cam.

Right after Retreat, several of us stayed in Nashville for Community Summit NA. I was accepted to give a presentation on Business Central telemetry. If you were unable to attend, you can download the presentation here: https://github.com/AardvarkMan/Presentations/tree/895b0f2daf71fb058d7a496b6b5f8d61063a7962/Community%20Summit/2026

Here I am pointing out my name on the MVP Speakers board!

A man stands next to a large display screen at a conference, thanking Microsoft MVP speakers. The screen features a list of names in a blue background with 'Thank You to Our Microsoft MVP Speakers!' prominently displayed.

I don’t flaunt it often, so I’m taking a moment here. What I really want you to notice is the number of MVPs available to you in this community. There is a huge wealth of information out there.

If you aren’t following several MVPs already, take a look at this list, do a little searching on LinkedIn, or find an MVP here: Search | MVP Communities

There are so many amazing resources out there. These are some of the nicest people, and they are always willing to share their knowledge with you.

This week reminded me how much stronger we are when we show up for each other. Whether it was sharing space with my TMC Global teammates or connecting with the Dynamics community at Summit, I’m grateful for every conversation, every insight, and every person who makes this work worth doing.
